ANG Group management systems architecture bureau

ANG Group works with founders and organisations that need to formalise their management logic, protect corporate identity and establish a durable foundation for long-term development.

The ANG Group methodology began to take shape in 2018 with the first Founder’s White Book for a luxury real-estate agency. It subsequently evolved, drawing on the doctoral research of ANG Group founder E. A. Klochkov, into a system encompassing Founder’s White Books, Company Constitutions and Company Genome AI.

ANG Group integrates strategy, corporate culture, decision-making principles, organisational language and the architecture of continuity. We view each company as a living system with its own nature, memory and logic of development.

ANG does not work with isolated management tools. We work with the organisation’s foundations: the capabilities that preserve integrity, enable adaptation and support development beyond changes in teams or generations of leaders.
